1. Job Description
- Build, implement, and SEO the YouTube channel for amazing and entertainment content, video editing.
- Generate ideas and create thumbnails for the YouTube channel.
- Monitor, coordinate, review, and evaluate the activities/results of personnel and projects under your responsibility.
- Complete assigned professional tasks.
- Ability to independently set up a new department.
- Consult and collaborate with the board of directors on business management.
2. Compensation and Benefits
- Starting base salary: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 + Project bonuses (up to 20 million and above). Unlimited income potential for high performers.

3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong English skills, proficient in reading and writing.
- Passion for video content creation and related content.
- Ability to independently set up and establish a completely new department.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar management position (additional training will be provided). Management and team coordination skills required.
- Proficient computer skills, quick learner, and knowledgeable about social media.
- Serious work ethic, willingness to learn and share knowledge. Personal and team-oriented growth mindset.
4. Specific Information
- Working hours: Full-Time from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Work location: 5th Floor, VTC Online Building, 18 Tam Trinh, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
