RECRUITING YOUTUBE SEO MANAGER (The position is fully filled)

1. Job Description

Build, implement, and SEO channels on YouTube platforms.
Develop and independently manage a new department focused on creating Relaxing, Jazz, Noise channels.
Analyze, assess, and monitor the project’s effectiveness and report to upper management.
Oversee, coordinate, review, and evaluate the performance/results of personnel involved in the project.
Complete assigned professional tasks.
Create plans and achieve the established goals.
Consult and collaborate with the executive board on corporate management.

Starting salary: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND + project bonuses (up to 20 million – 100 million VND). No income ceiling for high performers.

3. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Understanding of English is an advantage.
Passion for video content creation, especially in music genres like Relaxing, Jazz, Noise, etc.
1-2 years of experience managing a YouTube channel; must be capable of independently operating a music channel on YouTube with clear achievements.
Proficient in computer skills, quick learner, and familiar with social media.
Serious work ethic, willingness to learn and share knowledge. Aiming for personal and team advancement.

4. Specific Information

Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).
Work location: Floor 5, VTC Online Building, 18 Tam Trinh, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
